Refund Policy: We hope you love your course, but just in case you don't - we do offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Just reach out and we'll send you over our Refund Request form.
Privacy & Email: We don't like getting junk email, and we know you don't, either. We will only bother you with stuff that is intended to be helpful to you as you move through the course, and occasionally with news and updates we think you might be interested in. You can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell or share emails or other personal information.
Risk & Liability: You understand and agree that working with dogs is an inherently risky activity. Horizon Dog Training, LLC (Horizon) makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. Horizon and all individuals representing it, are not and will not be liable for any action or inaction, or any direct or indirect result (or lack of result) of any services provided, or injury or damage which results from training activities you engage in, or the behavior of your dog(s). In no event will Horizon or its affiliates be liable for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that may be incurred, Horizon and its affiliates’ entire liability under this agreement, and the exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid to Horizon Dog Training for services rendered.
